Often it is when we least expect it that we require legal advice. When the need arises, sometimes it's hard to know who to turn to and who to trust.

Langes Lawyers offer a selection of legal service benefits to our members, including a free half hour consultation on most new legal matters. This means that if you are not sure about the extent of legal assistance you need, or even if you just need some objective opinions, you can call Katrina Nitschke on (08) 8168 9603 or email knitschke@langes.com.au for a half hour consultation - at no obligation.

Langes Lawyers also offer a discount for our members on their usual rates for most legal services. Arranging a Will, Powers of Attorney or Powers of Guardianship isn't always easy. Many people put the task off - without considering the impact of such a decision.

To make the process even easier, our members are able to take advantage of a convenient home visit service from Langes Lawyers for the preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney and Powers of Guardianship. Mobile Wills Consultant, Colin Camac, will come to your home, outside of working hours if you prefer, to discuss these important documents and the decisions involved with you and your family. You can contact Colin on 0417 704 010.

The cost of any legal services and any discount available to you will be fully disclosed by your solicitor before any work commences. You simply need to mention that you are a member of our credit union.

To find out more, visit the Langes Lawyers website

The discount is 10% off the usual rates charged by Langes Lawyers for services of the relevant type and applies to all legal services except for Wills, Powers of Attorney and Powers of Guardianship. We will not derive any income from this alliance and members are free to use any other provider of legal services if they wish.

Confidentiality will be strictly observed. Langes Lawyers will not advise us of the nature of any member's enquiry or of the work subsequently carried out for the member.
