Letter to members from the CEO Dear members As you may have heard, I have decided to retire from the position of Chief Executive Officer at Community CPS Australia as of 12 February 2010. I have thoroughly enjoyed being part of the credit union’s journey of growth, and the decision to retire was not an easy one to make – but after 12 years in the CEO role I am looking forward to spending time with my family, who have been extremely supportive of me throughout my career. Our current Deputy CEO, Robert Keogh, will relocate from Canberra to Adelaide to take over as our new CEO once I retire. I have worked very closely with Robert during the past four years, and his experience within the financial services industry is extensive. Community CPS is in a strong position to continue its growth, and, under Robert’s leadership, will continue along the same path we have taken since Community CPS was formed in 2006 – to ensure we can deliver the best financial products and services to you, our members. I would like to wish you all a Merry Christmas and all the best for the New Year, and thank you for all your support over the years. Best regards Kevin Benger |
