Stephanie Chapman Residence: Term of Office: Director since March 2006. Director of CPS Credit Union Co-operative (ACT) Limited (‘CPS ACT’) prior to its merger with CPS Credit Union (SA) Ltd. Current Directorships of other Community CPS Australia Limited related entities: Nil Current Directorships of non Community CPS Australia Limited related listed entities: Nil Skills, experience and expertise: Stephanie has held Senior Management positions in the ACT Government Service as Dean of the Faculty of Management and Business Studies at the Canberra Institute of Technology (CIT) and Managing Director of CIT Solutions. She was appointed as an “ambassador” for the ACT and in this and her educational and commercial roles she was a member of numerous government delegations overseas. Stephanie has had more than 10 years experience as a Company Director. She was President of the Australian Institute of Management (AIM) (ACT), Director of AIM (NSW and ACT) and its commercial training company, and Director of AIM National. She was elected to the Community CPS (ACT) Board in 1998. Stephanie was chair of CPS (ACT) Risk Management Committee and a member of the Governance Committee. She has an Economics Degree from the Membership of Community CPS Australia Limited Board Committees and Committees Established by the Board: Member of the Board Audit and Finance Committee. Other interests: Stephanie is interested in politics and economic policy, early Australian colonial history and most sports. She is married with a blended family and through no fault of her own has seventeen grandchildren. |
